At 29, the woman who supplies a Michelin-starred restaurant in Beaune, Le Clos du Cèdre, is affected by Crohn's disease, an inflammatory bowel disease, and endometriosis. "I suffer a lot physically. I think this year has been the worst. This summer I was still having a recurrence, my condition hasn't changed since January, my treatment has been increased... And my mother had a stroke, so I no longer have anyone to help me when I need it on the farm," she explains.

Contacted by Le Parisien this Monday , the farmer, who had received a visit from Eva Longoria in July , also appeared "full of bitterness", pointing the finger at the role of the banks: "The finances are not following. We are not recognized, we have no help, nothing. Everything goes to the bank, it takes everything from me, I have nothing for myself."
